Hanoi

I never thought I'd like Hanoi much and I was right.  It is a pretty typical Vietnamese City... lots of hustle and bustle, crazy traffic, lots of shops and energy.  I was happy we were only staying the night before flying out.  The girls shopped non-stop and I did alright picking up some more watches (Tag, Rolex and Omega this time). I can't believe I've got 6 very good impersonations for less than $100.  It's become something of a hobby for me. :-)

The next am, we hired a car and flew out of Hanoi...  we loved our time in Vietnam and it grew on me but I must admit that I still have a soft spot in my heart for Cambodia.  That's a little over two months in South East Asia...  we went at break neck speed and wished we had another month to slow things down a bit.  That said, with all the noise and hustle of Hanoi, I'm glad to move on.

I managed to snap this shot crossing the street (while not looking like I was taking a picture)... notice how none of them are looking at me but I am also not in the flow of the traffic!  Its amazing!  You set out on a purposeful walk, neither speeding up nor slowing down and traffic magically parts around you.  I loved that part of Vietnam.

Kind of fitting... on our last day in Vietnam, we see Jen's Enclave!
